70km east of Springsure (and only 2km off the Great Inland Way) is the small town of Rolleston. From March to October each year you will find Merlo coffee, brewed by a barista-trained local, served from mosaic-adorned cart in Beazley Park. You can’t miss it – just look for the line of caravans.
